Description: For one afternoon, instead of stressing about all that's going on "out there" in the world, come home to yourself with a luxurious mini "staycation" in the comfort of your own home. Join seasoned YACEP instructor Alyssa Prettyman for an afternoon of self massage, self care, connection and deep restoration. This intensive includes:

• Opening Tea: (20 mins) Let's get connected! Grab a detox tea, snack and your journal as we discuss 12 actionable tips to manage holiday stress.

• Integrated Movement: (20 mins) After connecting to our community, we will connect to our bodies through a simple, warming all levels practice.

• Self Massage: (90 mins) Now we embark upon a 90 minute guided full body massage with special focus on the lower back, hips, shoulders and neck!

• Candle Light Yoga Nidra: (20 mins) Often translated as "yoga sleep" this beloved technique strategically guides the body into a deep state of relaxation. Cool body cloths available to add a scent layer to experience.

• Gift Bag: All attendees are invited to pick up their mini retreat gift bag at BTY. The bag will include:
