THREE Unique Lexington Power Yoga Pop Up Classes


I’m super excited to be offering THREE unique movement and self massage format classes this weekend with Lexington Power Yoga. Each session will offer a unique blend of yoga postures and self massage designed to leave the practitioner feeling revived, realigned and restored! Join me for one, two or all three!   • FRIDAY: VINYASA & ROLL FOR TIGHT LEGS, HIPS & LOW BACK

  • SATURDAY: HATHA FOR THE QUARANTINE SLUMP

  • SUNDAY: RESTORATIVE LOW BACK LOVE

FRIDAY: VINYASA & ROLL FOR TIGHT LEGS, HIPS & LOW BACK

  • 7-8:00PM Eastern | 4-5:00pm Pacific

  • Props: Tennis Ball(s) or Yoga Tune Up Ball(s) | Blocks Optional

  • This class will work through 30 minutes of strategic, slow flow designed to enliven and integrate the path from your feet to your hips and low back and then embark upon a 30 minute self massage in the same zones . All levels are welcome.

SATURDAY: HATHA & ROLL FOR THE QUARANTINE SLUMP

  • 6:30-7:30PM Eastern | 3:30-4:30pm Pacific

  • Props: (2) Tennis Ball(s) or Yoga Tune Up Ball(s)
    Coregeous Ball or Towel
    Blocks Optional

  • This class will work through 60 minutes of harmonizing hatha yoga and self massage designed to reset and revive the cranky areas of over-netflixed and over computered bodies. All levels are welcome.

SUNDAY: RESTORATIVE LOW BACK LOVE

  • 3:00-4:00PM Eastern | 12:00-1:00pm Pacific

  • Props: (2) Tennis Ball(s) or Yoga Tune Up Ball(s)
    Coregeous Ball or Towel
    Alpha Ball (optional)
    Blocks or Books (ideal)

  • This class will work through 60 minutes of harmonizing hatha yoga and self massage designed to reset and revive the cranky areas of over-netflixed and over computered bodies. All levels are welcome.
