Join me in the relaxing surroundings of the Breathe Together Yoga for a journey along the sacred path of the 7 major chakras. Throughout this seven-part series you’ll learn yoga and energetic theory around the seven major chakras, their location, their meaning, and ways you can use self-massage, sound and simple movements to release, balance, or amplify these zones of the body.

  • Week 1: Feet & Legs

  • Week 2: Hips & Pelvis

  • Week 3: Core & Lower Back

  • Week 4: Chest, Ribs, Upper Back

  • Week 5: Arms, Shoulders, Neck

  • Week 6: Some Neck, Face, Jaw, & Head

  • Week 7: The Crown & The Whole
