Join me for a one-of-a-kind immersion designed to stabilize, mobilize and massage the spine from top to bottom. Session Description: Did you know your spine moves forward (flexion), backward (extension), twists (rotation) and bends sideways (lateral flexion and extension)? Did you know your spine has several curves both lordotic (that curve into the body) and kyphotic (that move outward or “bump” out a little)? Did you know that the common postural patterning of most Americans is in direct contradiction to the way the spine is designed to function? Our backs are over and under curved in the wrong directions, under-strengthened and also tight. This workshop will leave your back feeling great for a day - but arm you with information to keep you healthy for a lifetime.
