Ball rolling is just that - we use grippy, rubbery balls to roll out the major muscles of our bodies and help them relax, realign and rehydrate. Learn cutting-edge rolling techniques to help reduce pain, deliver better nutrient flow to your tissues, improve performance and access deep relaxation. This 2.5-hour ball rolling intensive includes:
an introductory lecture and overview of rolling techniques
90 minutes of full-body, deep-tissue bodywork
followed by a relaxing restorative sequence & extended savasana
The goal, beyond an exploration of the ball rolling, is to ensure you leave feeling like you just left a spa. Coconut spa water, essential oil scented eye cloths and treats always provided.
