CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
KIDS YOGA GAME: Let the kids jump online and enjoy this fun, interactive yoga game. We’ll explore poses, breathing exercises, storytelling / creativity and kindness.
YOGA TUNE UP: This is one of the few YTU classes available in Silicon Valley. Embodied movement & self massage meet. All levels welcome!
VINYASA: Sun Salutations, balance, twist, backbends & core make this class one of the more challenging yoga offerings.
GENTLE VINYASA: Great for newbies. Here we learn to move with the breath and then relax and restore deeply at the end.
POWER VINYASA: Hike those yoga pants way up Ohm-slices. This power packed class is designed to deliver you strength, stability and endurance through a powerful series of vinyasa-based postures and sequencing.
FLOW & ROLL: If you like Yoga Tune Up, you might like this class as well. In the beginning, we warm the body through a combo of sun salutations and targeted postures, and then we spend 30-40 minutes exploring strategically aligned self massage experiences using the therapy balls.
SELF MASSAGE & RELAX / ROLL & RESTORE: This grounded class will involve rolling on massage balls and then taking on some deeply relaxing posture. Massage balls, blocks, towel or blanket and a bolster can be helpful.

You can order massage balls right here on my website. I recommend one set in a tote
(Tune Up balls or Tune Up Plus are equally good in my opinion. I also recommend the Alpha and Coregeous to participate fully in future offerings. They’re all great and do different things for the body.

I’ve ordered most of my personal props from YogaDirect.com but I also love YogaOutlet.com. These days this stuff is better ordered from these sites as Amazon is a bit overloaded / prioritizing delivery based on absolute necessity.
